The location of the hotel was perfect, being right next to the beach, Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail, and various shops and restaurants. It was wonderful to be so close to the beautiful Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the sand dunes.

Nice hot and wonderful breakfast with good choice of choices. Big rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. Location close enough to the beach, Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail, and the sand dunes as well as to several shops and restaurants and Empire, MI. Again, 15 minutes walk from Glen Haven Historical Village.

The Roen Room at Cottonwood Inn B&B was a bit tight for four people, especially with luggage, but we managed for our three-night stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with different options to choose from. The setting of the inn was beautiful with peaceful patios to enjoy. I would recommend this hotel for its lovely atmosphere and tasty breakfast.

The double room had a really nice interior design. The B&B offers a variety of facilities including a flat screen cable TV and WiFi. The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent assistance with planning out a fun day to visit local attractions.
